The best books on health, wellbeing, mind, body and spirit - all read and recommended by The Happy Sage

 There is no dominant theme here for any subject, ie vegan, vegetarian, carnivore, paleo, keto or omnivore diet, natural health alternatives or allopathic treatments for illness. I'm not trying to push anyone in any particular direction. 

On this list of recommended reading you will find a huge variety of books on many subjects which will give you a wide range of information. Remember, not one type of lifestyle, diet or treatment fits all, everyone is different. Don't feel pressured to try and fit in to a way of eating or lifestyle that doesn't suit you. Read some books, experiment a little and let your body and your intuition guide you to what is best for your mind, body and spirit.

For over forty years I have been reading and researching books and scientific studies and trying out many different  ways of eating, healing, living and understanding the world around me. I have found my happy place that make me feel my absolute best, although I'm still reading and researching - there is always something new to learn!
